A year in player support for a major mobile game publisher. Then over two years as an operations supervisor at Solvo Global, overseeing 44 people across different English-speaking companies.
I hold an Associate of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Broome Community College, along with the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate.
